Non-Invasive Diagnostic Precision
Soldering tiny “jumpers” to an IC pin is time-consuming and risks heat damage to the chip or lifting a pad. These Micro IC Clips solve that problem by providing a mechanical “hook” that is small enough to grab a single pin on a high-density surface-mount device (SMD).
Ultra-Thin Hook Design
With a clip diameter of only 0.13mm, these are among the thinnest test clips on the market. They are specifically designed for:
-
TSSOP & MSOP Packages: Where pin spacing is extremely tight.
-
ECU EEPROM Reading: Perfect for “in-circuit” programming without desoldering the chip.
-
Logic Analysis: Connect to multiple pins simultaneously for real-time data monitoring.
High-Quality Construction
Each clip is encased in an insulated external tube, preventing accidental short circuits if the clips touch each other while connected to a live board. Despite their microscopic size, they are rated to handle up to 40V and 2A, making them suitable for a wide range of automotive and consumer electronics applications.
Universal Connectivity
The rear of each clip features a terminal designed for Dupont-style connectors or similar small terminals. This makes them 100% compatible with logic analyzers, breadboards, and popular programmers like the RT809H, CH341A, or XGE_CU.
