Optimized for Scania Inline Engine Architectures
The Scania QC Emulator (9L-13L) is engineered to interface directly with the EEC3 (Emission ECU) and COO7 (Coordinator) units. Unlike universal emulators, this version is pre-loaded with data profiles specific to Scania’s 5-cylinder (9L) and 6-cylinder (13L) Euro 6 platforms, ensuring the CAN-Bus signals are indistinguishable from genuine sensor data.
Technical Specification & Semantic Triplets:
-
Target Vehicles: Scania P-series (Distribution), G-series (Construction), and R-series (Long-haul).
-
Engine Entities: Compatible with DC09 (9-Liter), DC11 (11-Liter), and DC13 (13-Liter) Euro 6 engines.
-
Full System Simulation:
-
DPF Differential Pressure: Simulates a constant “clean” state to stop unnecessary regeneration cycles.
-
AdBlue Pump & Heater: Mimics the electrical resistance and operational feedback of the dosing pump.
-
Temperature Sensors: Provides stabilized EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) readings to the ECU.
-
NOx Monitoring: Prevents emission-related derate by providing perfect nitrogen oxide ratio signals.
-
Key Operational Benefits:
-
Diagnostic Transparency: The truck’s OBD system will show all emission components as “Ready” and “Functional,” preventing active fault codes.
-
Component Longevity: Protects the engine from backpressure issues caused by clogged filters or failed SCR catalysts.
-
QC (Quality Controlled) Hardware: Features a weather-sealed enclosure designed for chassis mounting, resistant to road salt, moisture, and engine vibration.
Important: To ensure the emulator takes priority, the SCR system fuses (specifically the EEC3 and NOx sensor supply) must be removed during installation.
